Bracewell & Patterson is one of the nation's largest Law Firms with over 400 attorneys and 9 offices worldwide. Headquartered in Houston, Texas their clients include a wide array of U.S. and international clients, among them Fortune 500 companies, government and public entities.
Bracewell Patterson had no control of the firm's content with regards to search engine searches. Simply put, when doing a search for "Bracewell Patterson" their home page would not surface among the first page results. At completion of Rockport's Search Engine Optimization process Bracewell Patterson owned the number one ranking for its firm's name.
Steps of Project:
For Bracewell Patterson, Rockport engaged in a series of Search Engine optimization steps designed to maximize the 'relevancy' of their site in regards to certain key industries. These steps included SEO Discovery and Search Engine Optimization.
Rockport made design recommendations with changes to enhance Web Site Search Engine Optimization, navigation and architectural changes with Content Optimization to increase relevancy for certain industries. Rockport also delivered key recommendations for SEO Search Engine Optimization of the Bracewell Patterson Attorney Database.
Rockport guided Bracewell through these individual steps and provided support and assistance throughout. In the end, Bracewell was able to positively affect their rankings on a number of relevant topics and terms crucial to their industry. The entire project was made more challenging due to an unfriendly CMS Content Management Software tool already integrated into the firm's Web Site. |
